What we cannot help with
- Color Swatch Pug accounts and billing. The app has its own publisher. Use the support link on its Shopify App Store listing.
- Your Shopify account. Shopify's own support handles plans, payouts and account access, through the Help Center in your admin.
- Building or fixing a store for you. We do not take client work, and we never ask for access to your store.
