Terms of use
The terms
Last updated .
These terms cover your use of techiepugs.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site provides
Techiepugs publishes free calculators, generators and guides for people who run Shopify stores. You can use them for your own business and your clients' businesses without paying and without an account.
Use the numbers as a guide
We check rates, plan prices and theme settings against their sources and date them, but Shopify, theme makers and app publishers change things without notice. Results from the tools are estimates. Before you make a pricing, tax or business decision, confirm the figures in your own Shopify admin or with a professional adviser.
No warranty
The site, the tools and the guides are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error free, or suited to a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Independence and trademarks
Techiepugs is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify, by any theme maker, or by any app publisher, including the publisher of the Color Swatch Pug app. Shopify and other product names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe what the guides cover.
Links and affiliate links
The site links to other websites we do not control. If a page carries an affiliate link, it says so next to the link. We may earn a commission from it, and that never changes a number, a ranking or a verdict.
Reusing our content
You are welcome to quote a short passage or link to any page. Please do not republish whole guides or tool output pages as your own, and do not use the site in ways that disrupt it, such as automated scraping at a rate that slows it down for others.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
